Prices on this site are shown in US Dollars (USD). Where Dutch VAT applies to your order it is included in the price shown. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged on arrival and are not included — see the shipping page.

Dutch law governs every contract made through this site. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rules of your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement.

The competent court is the court of the district where the seller is established, unless the law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere — which, as a consumer, it generally does.
